The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts based on patient requirements. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately evaluate the needs of each child and adolescent client.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation to comply with ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children and adolescents facing a range of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and various behavioral issues. You will play a crucial role in promoting their well-being and guiding them toward healthier coping strategies and life skills. Your efforts will not only impact individual clients but will also support the families who are often navigating complex emotional landscapes.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Arizona.

• In-depth knowledge of child and adolescent mental health disorders, as well as familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic methodologies.

• Demonstrated experience providing individual and family therapy to young clients.
\n
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on a compassionate, child-centered approach.

• Proven ability to build rapport and trust with children, adolescents, and their guardians.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and a strong command of computer applications necessary for documentation and communication.
