Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand clients’ unique stressors, mental health challenges, and goals. This foundational work helps to create individualized treatment plans that focus on mindfulness practices.

• Deliver evidence-based mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), to clients to facilitate relaxation, stress reduction, and improved overall mental health. Tailor these interventions based on assessments and progress monitoring.

• Provide guidance in mindfulness techniques, meditation, and breathing exercises during individual therapy sessions. Help clients cultivate self-awareness and emotional regulation.

• Facilitate informative group workshops and classes centered on mindfulness, stress management, and resilience-building strategies, ensuring each participant can integrate newfound skills into their daily lives.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists and healthcare professionals to develop and refine comprehensive treatment approaches, integrating mindfulness as a core therapeutic element.

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Olympus, you will work primarily with adults who are seeking assistance with stress management, anxiety, depression, and various other mental health concerns. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and experiences, and they often seek a holistic approach to therapy that integrates mindfulness to foster long-term wellness and coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT within Arizona is required to practice.
