Senior Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Drive net-new ServiceNow business development
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound and networking efforts
- Own full sales cycle: prospecting → proposal → negotiation → closure
- Build relationships with CIOs, IT Directors, and ServiceNow stakeholders
- Position AQL’s ServiceNow offerings (ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Managed Services)
- Develop proposals, RFP responses, and solution positioning
- Collaborate with technical teams to craft winning solutions
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
Required Experience
- 7+ years of ServiceNow sales/business development experience
- Proven track record of closing ServiceNow deals and acquiring new client logos
- Experience working with ServiceNow partners or consulting firm
- Strong understanding of ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, ServiceNow platform
- Experience selling implementations, managed services and support models
