Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Must possess an active and unrestricted license to practice independently, such as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No limited or provisional licenses accepted; candidates must have no history of disciplinary actions.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential, enabling effective collaboration with clients.

• Strong computer skills, particularly with virtual counseling platforms and case management systems.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, we prefer candidates who have prior experience working with adults in a therapeutic setting. Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to USD 104,000, based on your working hours and experience. We offer a generous sign-on bonus to new team members. Full-time counselors will receive a monthly healthcare stipend, ensuring access to essential health services as part of our commitment to employee well-being.
