Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy strategies tailored to meet the specific needs of clients, ensuring each treatment plan is both holistic and effective.

• Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations to assess client mental health conditions and develop appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic techniques to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate clinical records that comply with legal standards and ethical guidelines while ensuring confidentiality is upheld.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Counseling, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
