As part of our Telehealth facility, you will engage with clients through a secure virtual platform, maintaining the same level of professionalism and care as would be offered in an in-person setting. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments to gather comprehensive background information from clients, establishing trust and rapport.

• Evaluate client emotional and mental health status, crafting individualized treatment plans that address specific needs and goals.

• Engage clients in therapeutic conversations, using active listening techniques and probing questions that help them reflect on their thoughts and feelings.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies and safety protocols for clients in acute distress, ensuring their health and safety.

• Facilitate therapeutic exercises, including role-playing scenarios, to assist clients in skill-building and emotional processing.

• Offer guidance and support for clients on topics that are pertinent to their mental health journey, such as coping mechanisms and lifestyle changes.

• Collaborate with clients regarding additional therapeutic services or referrals as needed, creating a holistic plan for their care.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records, documenting treatment progress and outcomes in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a varied population, including children, adolescents, and adults, addressing diverse mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and substance misuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• A current and unrestricted state Professional Counselor (LPC) license is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $105,000, contingent upon experience and workload.
