Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients’ mental health concerns, establishing clinical diagnoses and formulating customized treatment plans.

• Provide engaging individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Respond promptly to mental health crises by offering effective crisis intervention and support, guiding clients through acute challenges with empathy and professionalism.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, adhering to ethical and legal requirements.

• Collaborate proactively with an interdisciplinary team, comprising psychiatrists, social workers, and healthcare professionals, to ensure holistic care for clients.

• Educate clients and families about various mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources, advocating for clients’ rights and needs.

• Participate in continuous professional development through training sessions and workshops, ensuring you remain up to date with best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve engaging with a diverse clientele, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and a variety of other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Must be a licensed mental health professional, holding credentials as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.

• Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.

• A minimum of two years’ experience in mental health counseling is essential.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.

• Capacity to work independently with a strong sense of initiative, as well as collaboratively as part of a supportive team.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a clinical setting with demonstrated success in therapeutic modalities is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
