Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients in their homes to assess physical functionality, mobility, and specific rehabilitation needs.
• Develop, implement, and adjust personalized treatment plans using evidence-based methods, such as exercises, hands-on therapy, and mobility aids to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including stretching techniques, therapeutic exercises, and manual therapy to facilitate recovery.
• Document patient progress meticulously, including response to treatment, modifications to therapy plans, and achievements towards established goals.
• Regularly review and update treatment strategies to optimize outcomes based on patient responses and changing needs.
• Assist patients with the selection and fitting of assistive devices, ensuring they understand their use for daily living activities.
• Deliver training sessions for patients, caregivers, and families on therapy techniques and proper use of equipment, ensuring a support system outside of therapy sessions.
• Maintain compliance with all professional standards and regulations, pursuing continuous education to stay current with best practices in physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient demographic includes individuals recovering from various injuries, surgeries, and chronic conditions, including orthopedic, neurological, and geriatric issues. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• A valid State License in Physical Therapy.

Compensation and Benefits
