Work Environment\n

This position offers a full-time, remote work environment, allowing you to provide therapeutic services in a flexible setting while ensuring accessibility for our clients. Our hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility to meet patient needs. You will engage in a collaborative digital workspace, utilizing telehealth platforms to interact with clients and fellow team members.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally sensitive mental health assessments to tailor treatment plans for individual clients.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, and narrative therapy to suit each client's specific context.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at fostering resilience, recovery, and personal growth.

• Collaborate closely with our interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide holistic care and coordinate treatment initiatives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
