Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate client needs and formulate effective treatment plans aimed at fostering long-term recovery.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions and, where applicable, group or family counseling sessions that prioritize each client's specific circumstances and goals.

• Implement mental health screenings and assessments regularly to adjust treatment plans based on client progress and emerging needs.

• Document treatment progress clearly and effectively in our electronic health record system to ensure continuity of care.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to provide integrated care, referring clients to additional resources and support services as needed.

• Engage in professional development and stay updated on best practices, industry trends, and psychological methodologies that enhance your therapeutic approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals facing a spectrum of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and co-occurring disorders. You will also have the opportunity to engage with families, parents, and couples, helping to strengthen their connections and improve overall family dynamics. Your work will foster growth, resilience, and recovery by addressing the unique needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid California license in one of the following: Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in a relevant mental health field.

• Proven understanding of mental health principles, contemporary therapeutic practices, and cultural competency in counseling.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working with individuals experiencing mental and behavioral health challenges.

• Experience providing individual therapy, group therapy, and family counseling, with specific knowledge in treating clients with co-occurring disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
