Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver personalized mindfulness-based interventions, including MBSR techniques tailored to individual client needs, to promote relaxation and enhance mental well-being.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to identify clients' specific stressors, challenges, and therapeutic goals, and develop customized mindfulness practices.

• Guide clients through mindfulness exercises, meditation, and breathing techniques, fostering self-awareness and emotional regulation during sessions.

• Facilitate engaging group workshops focused on mindfulness strategies, stress management, and resilience to educate and empower clients.

• Integrate mindfulness practices into overall treatment plans during individual therapy sessions, addressing a variety of mental health concerns.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists and healthcare providers to create comprehensive treatment strategies that incorporate mindfulness and promote holistic healing.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client progress, employing electronic health record systems to track treatment plans and interventions effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.
