Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly clinical supervision to practicum students working towards their licensure, guiding them through professional development and case management.

• Deliver evidence-based psychotherapy services to diverse populations, including individual counseling, couples therapy, and family therapy, tailored to clients’ unique needs.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community resources to coordinate comprehensive care and identify additional client support.

• Contribute meaningfully to the development and implementation of customized treatment plans that reflect best practices and current research in the field.

• Maintain accurate and detailed records in accordance with ethical standards, ensuring comprehensive documentation of all sessions and progress.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to $130,000 annually, reflecting our commitment to attracting top talent. For part-time opportunities, compensation begins at USD 65,000 per year.
