Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly supervision and mentorship to practicum students who are pursuing their Master’s degrees or clinical licensure, ensuring their professional development aligns with best practices in mental health.

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy services to a varied clientele, adapting therapeutic approaches to meet the unique needs of individuals, couples, and families.

• Actively collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community resources to create comprehensive treatment plans that address both immediate and long-term mental health needs.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of tailored treatment plans, ensuring they are effective and responsive to client progress.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse patient population that reflects the rich multicultural nature of Santa Ana and surrounding areas. Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in a relevant field such as psychology, counseling, or social work.

• A valid state license (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) that allows for independent practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
