Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly supervision sessions with practicum students who are pursuing clinical licensure or are currently enrolled in Master’s programs, helping them develop clinical skills and ethical practices.

• Provide psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families, employing evidence-based treatment modalities tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Engage in collaboration with fellow healthcare professionals and community resources to enhance client care and improve client outcomes.

• Develop and implement detailed treatment plans, ensuring each plan reflects best practices and individual client goals.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation consistent with legal and organizational standards, facilitating continuity of care.

• Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in therapy to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work or a related field.

The position offers competitive annual compensation ranging from USD 52,000 to 100,000, depending on experience and hours worked.
