Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct therapeutic counseling and support to clients via telehealth platforms, fostering a safe environment for open communication.

• Respond promptly to crisis situations, providing immediate support to maintain client safety and emotional stability.

• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, including progress notes and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and case managers, to deliver coordinated care and discuss treatment progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clientele will primarily comprise individuals accessing services from our detox center, presenting various mental health and addiction-related challenges. Clients may range from those needing immediate crisis intervention to those seeking long-term therapeutic support to enhance their mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Oregon.

• A Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field is required, with a preference for a Master's degree in Social Work (MSW).

• A minimum of four years of experience in a clinical setting specifically focused on mental health or addiction recovery.

Compensation and Benefits\n
