Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans to address clients’ mental health needs.

• Provide crisis intervention support and collaboratively create pre-crisis and crisis plans in consultation with clients and other healthcare professionals.

• Ensure timely and thorough documentation of all client interactions and treatment progress, meeting regulatory and organizational standards.

• Employ evidence-based screening tools and therapeutic interventions as directed by the clinical team.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to devise and implement positive behavior support and intervention plans.

• Actively participate in all licensing and accreditation processes to maintain the quality of care.

• Serve as a liaison to community partners, state agencies, and service systems to enhance support for clients.

• Establish and maintain effective communication channels to fulfill contract standards and promote organizational mission.

Qualifications\n
