Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting thorough virtual assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health and substance abuse history, and developing appropriate treatment plans based on those evaluations.

• Facilitating engaging individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Providing education and support to clients' families, promoting involvement in recovery processes and enhancing treatment outcomes.
\n
• Collaborating effectively with interdisciplinary team members, including psychologists, social workers, and other healthcare providers to deliver integrated care tailored to each client's needs.

• Maintaining accurate and confidential records to comply with state and federal regulations, ensuring the highest standards of client privacy and care quality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will primarily work with pre-screened, stable clients exhibiting low acuity mental health concerns. Your role is vital in helping adolescents and young adults navigate challenges related to mental health, substance use, and life transitions, fostering their resilience and personal growth. You will play an essential part in creating safe spaces for clients to explore their feelings and develop coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure in the state as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years' experience providing evidence-based psychotherapeutic interventions in clinical settings.

• Proficiency in telehealth modalities and experience delivering therapy to adolescents and young adults.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage clients and document care.
