WHAT YOU'LL DO Manage new hire onboarding, orientation, and employment documentation. Support recruiting by scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and assisting throughout the hiring process. Respond to employee questions and assist managers with HR policies, employee relations, and workplace concerns. Maintain employee records, employment verifications, and HR documentation while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Assist with HR compliance, benefits administration, special projects, and other Human Resources initiatives. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Three or more years of Human Resources Generalist experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations. Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with an HRIS such as Dayforce is a plus. SHRM-CP, PHR, or other HR certification is preferred. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Ability to work onsite in an office environment throughout the workday. Frequently sit, stand, walk, and use a computer for extended periods. Occasionally lift or move office materials weighing up to 20 pounds. Ability to maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information. #J-18808-Ljbffr
