Our outpatient office serves as the base of operations for many of our initiatives and resources, facilitating a seamless connection between remote counseling and in-clinic support services.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments, develop personalized treatment plans, and participate in ongoing evaluations of client progress.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client, implementing evidence-based practices and therapeutic interventions.
\n
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records, including progress notes, in accordance with compliance standards and best practices.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychologists, social workers, and case managers, to enhance the delivery of comprehensive mental health services.

• Assist in the development of treatment and discharge plans that are well-coordinated with clients’ needs, considering their psychosocial assessments.

• Provide crisis intervention as necessary, equipping clients with coping strategies and emotional support during challenging times.
\n
• Engage with clients' families and support systems to ensure comprehensive communication regarding treatment plans and goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. You will play a critical role in empowering clients through evidence-based practices and culturally competent services.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Applicants must hold an active state license such as LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or a related designation.

• At least 3 years of experience working in an outpatient setting, providing therapy and mental health counseling is essential.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

• A high degree of self-motivation and organization is necessary for managing a remote workload efficiently.
\n
• Proficiency in using computer applications, including MS Office and client management systems, to ensure effective documentation and communication.

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum requirement is three years of relevant experience, those with expertise in innovative therapy techniques, experience with trauma-informed care, or familiarity with telehealth services will be especially valued. Additional certifications in specialized therapeutic modalities can enhance your candidacy.
