Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide Individualized Therapy: Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to facilitate counseling sessions tailored to meet specific client needs, encompassing a wide array of mental health challenges.

• Comprehensive Assessments: Conduct initial and ongoing mental health assessments to identify clients' strengths and challenges and to inform the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Treatment Planning & Progress Monitoring: Collaborate closely with clients to set achievable goals, regularly evaluate progress, and adjust treatment strategies to stay aligned with evolving needs.

• Collaborative Case Management: Engage with an interdisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive treatment and facilitate appropriate referrals as necessary.

• Document Clinical Progress: Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and treatment outcomes to comply with HIPAA regulations and support effective care delivery.

Qualifications\n

• Education and Licensure: A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field is mandatory, along with a current New York State licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) or eligibility to become licensed.

Compensation and Benefits\n
