Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Pacific Behavioral Health, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental and emotional health.

• Facilitating therapy sessions with couples and families, addressing a range of issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, conflicts among family members, and communication difficulties.

• Developing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Providing psychoeducation to clients and family members on mental health matters, coping strategies, and resources.
\n
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with state regulations and organizational standards.

• Participating in regular team meetings and case consultations to discuss treatment progress and challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve serving various patient populations, including adults, children, and adolescents. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele facing challenges such as marital and familial conflicts, adjustment issues due to separation and divorce, blended family dynamics, and job-related stressors. Qualifications\n
