This position is entirely remote, utilizing telehealth technologies to connect with clients across California. Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of youth clients by building rapport and fostering strong therapeutic relationships, while strictly adhering to ethical standards and professional boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions to monitor client progress, address concerns, and plan for discharge when appropriate.

• Design, implement, and maintain individualized treatment plans that are centered around the specific needs and goals of each client.

• Document and maintain accurate records of client progress notes and treatment plans, utilizing electronic health record systems for documentation.
\n
• Perform thorough intake assessments to evaluate client needs and determine appropriate treatment modalities.
\n
• Engage in weekly individual supervision sessions to discuss case dynamics and enhance clinical skills.

• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary healthcare teams to integrate comprehensive care approaches for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role specifically targets youth populations, addressing a wide range of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, behavioral disorders, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• Possession of a valid LPCC license with active status.

Compensation and Benefits\n
