Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Henry Medical Services, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Managing a caseload of clients with various mental health challenges, creating a nurturing environment that fosters trust and rapport.

• Conducting regular sessions to assess client progress, address ongoing needs, and determine appropriate timings for discharge when applicable.

• Developing, implementing, and continually refining personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring they reflect the individual's goals and preferences.

• Maintaining meticulous and up-to-date documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with organizational and industry standards.

• Conducting thorough intake assessments to establish initial care trajectories for new clients.
\n
• Facilitating individual therapy sessions and leading group therapy as necessary.

• Participating in regular individual supervision sessions for professional development and quality assurance.
\n
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Qualified candidates must possess the following:

• A Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations.

• Demonstrated experience in assessment, diagnosis, and both individual and group therapy.

• Proficient computer skills, including basic keyboarding and familiarity with electronic health record systems.

• Ability to meet all internal credentialing requirements within relevant clinical settings.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
