Lead Commercial Proposal Manager

Driving commercial proposal processes, the full-time Lead Commercial Proposal Manager will manage quoting, proposal generation, contract negotiation, and turnover for deal opportunities while working remotely. Key responsibilities Lead proposal generation and contract formation processes for upgrades, repairs, and site services projects Collaborate with sales, operations, and functional teams to develop scope, cost, and pricing strategies for assigned deal opportunities Prepare and facilitate the Deal Team review process, ensuring compliance with risk management guidelines Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field 3+ years of experience in Sales/Commercial Operations or relevant project experience in the Energy or Industrial sectors Experience with proposal estimation and management for complex projects Familiarity with turbines, generators, and core services in power plants Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic priorities
