This position's wage ranges from $19-22/hour with credit given for experience. How you will make an impact: As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient daily operations of the office. This role serves as a primary point of contact for visitors and callers, delivering excellent customer service while managing communications, scheduling, and office coordination. Responsibilities include maintaining records, preparing documents, coordinating meetings, and supporting staff with a variety of administrative tasks. The Administrative Assistant must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Schedule: Full-Time, Day Shift, Monday - Friday, 8am-4:30pm and may vary. What you will need: Previous experience working with seniors. 1+ year(s) experience preferred High School diploma/GED required/College preferred One year of office/clerical experience is preferred Proficient in Word, Publishing, and other software and knowledge of using/maintaining office equipment (printers, postage machine, laminator, etc.). Must be able to read, write and speak English clearly.
