Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy services for clients seeking outpatient care, tailored to their unique needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise will directly impact a diverse client base, including adults, children, and adolescents, who are looking to improve their interpersonal relationships and mental health status. You will engage with clients struggling with a variety of concerns, including marital discord, family dysfunction, anxiety, depression, and communication issues.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Maryland.

• A Master's degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
