This role is fully remote, allowing for flexibility and convenience. We strongly believe in work-life balance, with options for either 4x10 or 5x8 shift schedules between the hours of 8 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide therapeutic services, including individual psychotherapy, group counseling, and family therapy, tailored to the unique dynamics of each client.

• Conduct comprehensive client interviews to gather critical social, personal, environmental, and health-related information, ensuring a holistic understanding of each patient’s challenges.

• Evaluate and address mental health issues within your scope of practice, developing personalized treatment plans that align with best practices.

• Coordinate programs and activities aimed at enhancing clients' social and emotional well-being.

• Facilitate psychological interventions for clients facing cognitive, affective, and behavioral health issues, focusing on immediate crisis intervention and referrals to needed community resources.

• Foster trust and rapport with clients through respectful and empathetic communication, securing a therapeutic alliance that encourages openness.

• Assess the effectiveness of treatment strategies, adjusting approaches as necessary for optimal outcomes.

• Document all clinical interactions and updates in client records according to established protocol, ensuring all information is accurately reflected and up-to-date.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this position, you will primarily work with clients dealing with a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, substance use disorders, grief, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon is mandatory.
