Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments to determine mental health needs and establish baseline data for treatment.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that align with evidence-based therapies, ensuring accountability and measurable progress.

• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Work collaboratively with clients' families and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and enhance therapeutic interventions.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment outcomes using EHRs.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of therapy practices through feedback and collaborative discussions within the team.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base consists of diverse individuals and families addressing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. As a key team member, you will work with clients from various backgrounds, tailoring your approach to meet their unique cultural and personal needs. You will also have the opportunity to develop specialized skills in addressing specific populations, potentially including children, adolescents, or couples.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited program.

• Active and unrestricted state licensure as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist (PsyD).

• Proficient computer skills, particularly with Google Suite and electronic health record systems.
\n
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, critical for effective therapy and collaboration.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
