Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct engaging remote therapy sessions with clients through secure video conferencing, ensuring a supportive environment for effective communication.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a range of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Your ability to tailor therapeutic approaches to the developmental stage and individual experiences of each client will be key in promoting effective mental health treatment.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• A valid California license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of three (3) years of demonstrated professional experience in a counseling or therapeutic role.

• Proficiency in delivering remote therapy services and a comprehensive understanding of clinical practices related to child, adolescent, and adult mental health.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing therapy through telehealth modalities, with a proven ability to engage clients virtually.

• Knowledge of developmental psychology and co-occurring mental health disorders, as well as crisis intervention techniques.

• Experience serving a multicultural clientele, demonstrating cultural competence and inclusivity in therapeutic practices.

• Other professional certifications or licenses, such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Informed Care (CCTP), or certifications in specific disorders or populations, are highly valued.
