Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and challenges, ensuring a thorough understanding of their unique situations.

• Provide tailored individual, family, and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect clients' goals, interventions, and progress, regularly monitoring and adjusting as necessary.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure integrated and holistic care for clients.

• Deliver crisis intervention services, conducting risk assessments and developing safety plans to support clients facing acute challenges.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
