Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status and identify both strengths and areas for growth.

• Offer individualized treatment through individual, family, and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing tailored to the unique cultures and needs of clients.

• Create and implement comprehensive treatment plans that outline specific goals, intervention strategies, and progress monitoring to ensure effective client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
