Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to gain a comprehensive understanding of clients' mental health concerns and collaborate with them in developing effective treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.

• Facilitate one-on-one therapy sessions applying evidence-based techniques to address a broad spectrum of mental health issues, ensuring individualized care for each client.

• Provide crisis intervention services and support to clients in distress while ensuring a safe environment for all individuals served.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing electronic medical records systems where applicable.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other emotional challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT in California.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport effectively with clients.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, facilitating clear collaboration with colleagues and clients alike.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

As a full-time member of our counseling team, you can expect an annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 . In addition, we offer a monthly healthcare stipend to our counselors to help support your well-being.
