Manage cases through all phases of litigation, from initial pleadings through resolution. Draft and respond to written discovery and substantive motion practice. Take and defend depositions and participate in strategic case development. Handle multiple matters in a fast‑paced environment while working both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Key Qualifications J.D. from an ABA‑accredited law school with strong academic credentials. Admission to the California Bar. Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
