Registered Nurse

Schedule: Night Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Assignment Details:

• Guaranteed Hours: 48.00
• Contract Length: 8 weeks

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification: Required
• AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS certification: Required
• At least two years of recent experience in the field: Required
• Experience with EMR systems such as EPIC and Cerner: Required

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards of care.
• Supervise and direct nursing staff, ensuring care is coordinated with other disciplines.
• Collect and analyze patient data to determine diagnosis and care issues.
• Develop and implement care plans to promote health and safety.
• Evaluate patient progress and collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
• Provide learning opportunities for patients and team members.
