Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients following the nursing process and established standards of care.
- Assess patient condition, develop care plans, implement interventions, and evaluate outcomes.
- Administer medications, monitor for adverse effects, and document responses to treatment.
- Supervise and direct activities of various nursing staff levels and coordinate care with other disciplines.
- Utilize critical thinking and professional judgment to ensure patient safety and quality of care.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, multidisciplinary teams, patients, and families; participate in rounds and care conferences as needed.

Requirements
- Active California RN license (or license eligibility with ability to obtain licensure in CA)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to work a 3x12-hour day shift schedule and adapt to a fast-paced emergency care setting
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program (RN)
- Demonstrated ability to function in an acute care/emergency environment and adhere to standards of professional practice
