Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain meticulous, accurate, and up-to-date records of all clinical services rendered, including initial evaluations, progress notes, and summary documentation in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.

• Ensure the confidentiality of all patient records and uphold rigorous ethical standards in clinical practice.

• Assess client needs and provide tailored resources to support their journey toward achieving personal goals.
\n
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.

• Stay abreast of advancements in mental health practices and participate in ongoing professional development.

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments, utilizing evidence-based practices and consultations to diagnose psychological disorders.

• Design and implement personalized treatment and management plans reflecting clients' unique circumstances.
\n
• Develop treatment plans collaboratively with clients, setting specific therapeutic goals to guide the counseling process.

• Provide quality psychotherapy utilizing a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including both in-person and telehealth modalities.

• Cultivate a supportive, empathetic, and non-judgmental counseling environment that fosters a strong therapeutic alliance with clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a diverse client population presenting a wide range of mental health concerns, including but not limited to Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), anxiety disorders, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), trauma-related issues, and grief. Our focus is on providing culturally competent care that respects each client's unique background and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related fields is required.

• A valid social work license (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) as mandated by state regulations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
