Key Responsibilities\n

• Create individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and client needs.

• Conduct thorough initial evaluations that include the examination of mental health histories and personal goals.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), solution-focused short therapy, and psychodynamic therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other health professionals, to ensure holistic and comprehensive care for clients.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with state and federal regulations as well as ethical guidelines.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending training and workshops, enhancing your knowledge of mental health practices and theories.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPC at Thrive Mind Family Therapy, you will work with a wide range of clients experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting.
