Job description
- We are looking for an extremely detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide support to our management team. We work in a demanding environment. Working style and work product must be accurate, organized, and timely. You will interface with different departments throughout the organization.
Minimum Qualifications
- Proven work experience and tenure. We will verify three professional references.
- Attention to detail is a must.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills (email etiquette and proper grammar is essential).
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Phenomenal Office 365/2019 (desktop/web) skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Manage requests and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- Ability to adjust and pivot to quickly changing priorities and deliverables daily.
- Impeccable customer service skills.
- Ability to be a team player and see the larger picture of achieving tasks as a group.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment.
- Ability to follow-through and respond to issues quickly and meet deadlines.

Schedule
- 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday
- Overtime may be required based on workload.

- Work Location: At the office, Parker, TX (not a remote / hybrid position).
