Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, employing evidence-based practices to assist clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.

• Develop, implement, and revise individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and ongoing evaluation of client progress.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams of remote therapists, ensuring a cohesive approach to client care and treatment continuity.

• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and therapy sessions, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and safeguarding client confidentiality.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending training sessions, workshops, and staying updated on the latest advancements in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will entail working with a diverse clientele from various backgrounds, each presenting unique mental health challenges ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Active California license as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience working in a mental health capacity.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively conduct therapy sessions and document client interactions.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
