As a Physical Therapist at Lyrad Physical Therapy, you will work onsite in a fully equipped rehabilitation center. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians to determine the appropriate physical therapy plan.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment programs that cater to specific rehabilitation goals.
• Administer evidence-based interventions and therapeutic modalities to improve patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment processes and home exercise programs to facilitate ongoing improvement.
• Utilize tools such as EMR systems to document patient progress, modify treatments as necessary, and ensure compliance with the care plan.
• Participate in team meetings and case discussions to optimize patient care and share best practices.
• Foster an environment of excellent customer service, ensuring that all patients feel valued and respected throughout their treatment journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will encompass a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, sports-related traumas, neurological conditions, and pediatric concerns. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• State licensure as a Doctor of Physical Therapist (DPT) by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting.
• A current CPR certification to ensure patient safety.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with patients and team members.
• Basic computer skills for documentation and administrative tasks.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of two years of experience is required, candidates with specialized training or certifications in areas such as manual therapy, sports rehabilitation, or pediatric therapy will be given preference. Compensation and Benefits
