Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to identify and understand clients' mental health needs, determining suitable intervention strategies.

• Perform comprehensive diagnostic assessments and gather detailed case histories to inform treatment approaches.

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances, goals, and challenges.

• Deliver ongoing therapy and supportive counseling services with a focus on evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Engage in regular client case consultations, working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure cohesive care.

• Monitor and evaluate clients' progress throughout their treatment journey, making recommendations for plan adjustments as necessary.

• Maintain meticulous and accurate records of case activities, fully adhering to confidentiality standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse range of clients, primarily focusing on individuals experiencing mood disorders. This includes but is not limited to depression, anxiety disorders, and bipolar disorders. Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
