Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals grappling with various mental health challenges, many of whom also contend with co-occurring medical conditions. This includes but is not limited to those facing autoimmune disorders, substance use disorders, and chronic pain syndromes. Your empathetic approach will be instrumental in guiding them through their complex set of needs, ultimately contributing to their holistic well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Psychologist, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington state.

• Demonstrated experience addressing mental health needs, particularly for clients with co-occurring medical conditions.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong capacity for building rapport with patients.

• Ability to maintain professional boundaries while ensuring patient confidentiality and adherence to ethical guidelines.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and other relevant software applications.

Preferred Experience\n
