You will work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional flexibility required to meet patient needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs, focusing on improving mobility, strength, and overall functionality.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, stretches, and activities to promote physical well-being and alleviate pain.
• Educate patients on proper body mechanics, effective exercise techniques, and home exercise programs to support their ongoing recovery.
• Administer therapeutic modalities, such as electrical stimulation, ultrasound, and heat/cold therapy, under your supervision.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, tracking key metrics like range of motion, strength gains, and overall functional improvement.
• Prepare treatment areas, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are organized and readily available for therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including Occupational Therapists and Speech-Language Pathologists, to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Provide emotional support and motivation to patients, fostering a positive rehabilitation environment.
• Adhere to professional ethical standards, ensuring patient confidentiality and rights are respected at all times.
