Work Environment\n

This role will be based in a remote setting, effectively allowing you to connect with clients wherever they feel most comfortable. The outpatient office will serve as your main point of collaboration with peers and for necessary on-site consultations. You will leverage various digital tools and electronic medical record (EMR) systems to maintain client documentation and facilitate seamless communication within our multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to formulate tailored treatment plans for each client, ensuring an individualized approach to therapy.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to diverse client populations, including individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), solution-focused brief therapy, and psychodynamic interventions.

• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and nurses, to deliver holistic care and optimize treatment outcomes for clients.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records that comply with legal and ethical standards, demonstrating professionalism and accountability in your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a broad client base consisting of individuals and families facing an array of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.

• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience.
