Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license in the state of Arizona as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
