Executive Chef
We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to help lead back-of-house operations in a high-volume, scratch kitchen environment. This is an opportunity for a hands-on culinary leader who thrives in an upscale, polished setting and is passionate about food quality, team development, and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate partners naturally with both BOH and FOH leadership, maintains high culinary standards, and sets the tone for professionalism and consistency in the kitchen.

Executive Chef Requirements & Qualifications
- 3+ years of progressive experience as an Executive Chef
- Recent background in high-volume, upscale, fine, or polished dining
- Proven experience with scratch kitchen operations
- Strong skills in ordering, inventory management, and food & labor cost control
- Calm, solutions-oriented leadership style under pressure
- Professional presence and hands-on approach to kitchen leadership
Executive Chef Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Lead kitchen operations, ensuring recipe adherence, consistent food quality, and presentation standards
- Manage ordering, inventory systems, and maintain proper pars for smooth operations
- Control food cost, labor cost, and reduce waste to support overall P&L goals
- Uphold strict sanitation, food safety, and workplace safety standards
- Coach, train, and inspire kitchen staff, fostering teamwork and professional development
- Collaborate with front-of-house leadership to ensure seamless service flow and support a guest-first approach
- Maintain an organized, inspection-ready kitchen environment and model company values daily
