This position is entirely remote, allowing you to provide care from the comfort of your home while serving clients in various settings. Utilizing a user-friendly video conferencing platform, you will conduct sessions with the flexibility needed to address client needs effectively. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and psychodynamic therapy.

• Monitor and evaluate clients' responses to treatments, adjusting techniques as needed based on a data-driven approach.
\n
• Offer crisis management support, employing strong diagnostic and clinical skills to address immediate mental health concerns.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely client records using our electronic medical records (EMR) system to track progress and interventions.
\n
• Demonstrate the ability to adapt therapeutic approaches according to the unique needs of each client, including flexibility in session content and structure.
\n
• Engage in regular collaboration with case management to ensure cohesive support for clients.
\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele facing a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Anxiety Disorders, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), trauma, and grief. Understanding the unique challenges and backgrounds of each client will be essential in delivering tailored and effective treatment.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
\n
• Licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in accordance with state regulations.

• Demonstrated experience with a variety of psychotherapy modalities and familiarity with a wide range of mental health disorders and diagnoses.
\n
• A proven ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with a capacity to handle interruptions while maintaining focus.

• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, with an emphasis on empathy and a non-judgmental approach towards clients.

• A clean professional record with no history of medical malpractice claims, validated by third-party review.
\n
• Authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
