Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Agility Peak, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough consultations with patients to assess their physical conditions and developing personalized treatment plans based on their unique symptoms and goals.
• Utilizing various therapeutic techniques, including exercise prescription, manual therapy, and modality application, to address movement dysfunctions effectively.
• Educating patients on the proper use of therapeutic exercises, ensuring they understand the rationale behind each technique and its significance in their healing process.
• Applying manual techniques such as massage and mobilization to stimulate healing and alleviate pain.
• Assisting patients with adaptive equipment, including wheelchairs and walkers, to enhance their mobility and independence.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, tracking treatment progress, setting goals, and adjusting care plans as necessary.
• Collaborating with patients and their families to provide education and recommendations for in-home exercises and ongoing treatment strategies.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
