Elite Rehab Physical Therapy Clinic is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Clearwater, Florida. Work Environment

You will work onsite at our bustling rehabilitation center that spans 5,000 square feet, equipped with the latest technologies and resources to encourage effective rehabilitation. Our supportive and collaborative work environment includes a dedicated team of two physical therapists and one physical therapist assistant (PTA). The work schedule is structured as Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, providing a balanced work-life experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments to identify the needs and goals of patients, developing individualized treatment plans utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities.
• Provide specialized care to 2-3 patients per hour while ensuring high-quality, evidence-based interventions lead to successful recovery outcomes.
• Encourage safe and effective use of non-surgical treatment options to improve range of motion and mobility, with an emphasis on orthopedic outpatient care.
• Incorporate fitness and wellness regimens tailored to each patient's unique needs, boosting their overall health and rehabilitation process.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams of healthcare professionals to synchronize treatment efforts and optimize patient outcomes.
• Monitor and evaluate treatment progress, adjusting care plans as necessary to track advancements in patient mobility and strength.
• Document patient services and care outcomes meticulously, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
• Educate and motivate patients about their recovery journeys, instilling confidence and encouraging active participation in their rehabilitative process.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse patient population, encompassing individuals recovering from sports injuries, surgeries, orthopedic ailments, and general physical rehabilitation. You will work closely with motivated patients who share a goal of regaining optimal mobility and improving their quality of life. Qualifications

• DPT (Doctor of Physical Therapy) degree from an accredited institution is required.
• Valid Florida State Physical Therapist License, without any board actions or disciplinary history.
• Demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and usage of electronic medical record (EMR) software, specifically WebPT.
• Strong communication skills to build rapport with patients and collaborate with team members effectively.

Preferred Experience

A minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy is preferred. Familiarity with sports medicine and rehabilitation best practices will enhance your contribution to the team.
