Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients' physical abilities and limitations to develop effective and individualized treatment plans.

• Closely monitor patient progress, meticulously documenting improvements and setbacks throughout the course of treatment.
• Educate patients and their families about home exercises, self-management techniques, and preventive measures to support their recovery goals.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, nurses, and other healthcare providers, to coordinate comprehensive and cohesive patient care.
• Stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices and integrate them into patient care as appropriate.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The patients you will serve primarily include those with diverse physical challenges stemming from chronic conditions, post-surgical recovery, neurological impairments, and orthopedic issues. You will be expected to implement therapeutic interventions that not only focus on rehabilitation but also emphasize the importance of injury prevention and sustained health. Qualifications

• Active Florida State license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Ability to assess and design treatment plans for a wide range of therapy diagnoses and complexities.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to USD 120,000 annually, commensurate with your level of experience and caseload.
